Exchanges for Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly exchange the item for the same product.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any orders.

No Returns for Personal Preference

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as:

• Change of mind

• Size preference issues

• Color difference due to screen display

• “Did not like the product” reasons
